COURT CASE WON! A landmark Court’s judgment rendered by the Alicante High Court: We have saved our innocent client, from an unfair accusation of medical malpractice!

A few months ago, we posted a previous article informing that we had won the case in the first instance. (Please see below the direct link). However, the plaintiff recklessly decided to appeal to the High Court for a reversal.
The good news for our client is that the High Court has ratified the previous ruling rendered by the court of first instance in our client’s favour. This basically means that the High Court’s ruling has now confirmed that our client, – (a reputable Doctor), – is indeed absolutely innocent of any accusation of medical malpractice. In other words, the High Court confirms that the initial claim and the subsequent appeal are totally reckless. And the claimant had no legal grounds whatsoever to justify such blatantly unfair and false accusations against our client.
Therefore, after a long and difficult legal battle in court, we are glad to inform you that we have managed to win the case again with the imposition of costs for the claimant (in both instances).
