We are currently dealing with a new case where our client (property owner) suffered a serious fracture when she slipped on the pavement of the terrace around the pool, belonging to the Community of Neighbors of the residential building.
After being treated in the hospital, she underwent a complex rehabilitation treatment, causing her subsequent great pain and suffering.
THE CLAIM
A Personal Injuries claim was made to the insurance of the estate administration office, which supposedly was in charge of covering this type of case.

As per regards to the independent Expert medical report, it is absolutely necessary that it is produced by a regulated specialized doctor, not just your private practitioner.
